Raphaela has over a decade of industry experience as both a wedding and event planner. Logistics and operations are her passions, and she is known as a fixer who brings order to chaos.

Raphaela has served as assistant, coordinator, or planner for over 80 weddings, overseeing weddings with guest lists that ranged from 6 to 600. After establishing her planning career with one of Vancouver’s top wedding and events companies, she went on to become the Director of Operations for Deighton Cup, a 10,000 person upscale horse racing event. She had the same role at Parade Agency, running operations for a variety of social and corporate events in Vancouver and Toronto, including the 2019 Vancouver Great Kitchen Party.

Raphaela has a BComm with a specialization in entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria.
