Randrick Chance, Ph.D., (RL Chance) is a U.S. Navy veteran, Author of 13 books, Speaker, Minister, and Lifestyle Coach. After enjoying a successful naval career, earning various awards, multiple Sailor-of-the-Quarter, and swift promotions, Chance transitioned from the military to civilian life and pursued another rewarding career field - humanitarian relief. His service to the needy has now taken him to over 26 countries on 6 continents.

He has served as a special projects manager, fundraising director, pastor, and foreign missions' coordinator. Dr. Chance and his B.M.W (Beautiful Marvelous Wife), enjoy bringing physical and spiritual relief to thousands of suffering and underserved people - both in the U.S. and around the world. They have conducted outreach campaigns in some of the most neglected and at-risk cities in America and in countries such as Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia, Liberia, Suriname, Kenya, Tanzania, and Ghana - transforming the lives of thousands as a result.

Over the past 25 years, Mr. Chance has acquired extensive training, experience, and knowledge in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Non-Profit Administration, Humanitarian Relief, Evangelism, and Missionary Operations. He is a graduate of Central Texas College, Columbia College, Amazing Facts College of Evangelism, American Graduate University, and Columbia International University.

Dr. Chance is also the Founder of Strategic Secrets and Wisdom for the Nations, and the Co-Founder 7th Seal Missions Resources. He uses his military experience and training to help others to discover their passions and pursue meaningful service and career endeavors.

On the home front, he enjoys soccer, tennis, writing, and spending both quality and quantity time with his family. Together, they travel frequently and lead very productive lives.
