Hi, I am Ramin, and I hold a bachelor's degree in industrial management. I arrived in the United States at age 30, facing challenges with my day-to-day conversations due to my limited vocabulary.

My goal was not to perfect my English but to communicate well enough to find a job. One of my biggest obstacles was the lack of a speaking partner to practice with.

Although I enrolled in English courses at the local college, they only helped me so much. However, I discovered the local library, where an American volunteer assisted me in improving my English and taught me various techniques to enhance my speaking skills.

Although I do not speak English like a native, I have improved enough to work for a reputable CPA firm. I now enjoy conversing with my colleagues, watching movies, reading the news, and spending time with friends.
