Raman Pushkar is internationally recognised as a coach, consultant, speaker and trainer, having worked for 20 years in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. He has coached over 12,000 professionals and transformed numerous Fortune 200 companies including Novartis, SAP Ariba, Standard Chartered, Legrand, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank.

Raman has led session at the G20 Global Summit and delivered keynotes and transformational workshops at IIT Madras, Christ University, Manipal University, Symbiosis, Jain University, and Amrita University. He also served as a Ideathon panelist at IIT-Delhi, jury member for CII, project panelist at Axis Max Life Insurance, and works as a faculty trainer and business partner with Udemy, CII, and Marg Business.

Raman earned his MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and has completed executive programs in Design Thinking at MITx-USA, Strategic Thinking & Innovation, Data Science and Agentic AI at IIM-Bangalore, Generative AI and AI Trainer programs at IISc-Bangalore, Lean practitioner from Cardiff University-UK and Life Coaching from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology-Ireland. He is a trained yoga teacher and well-being instructor, and as an emotional intelligence trainer, mental health first aider, and mindfulness coach, he advocates for holistic living, sustainable change, and integrates ancient wisdom with modern strategy for conscious leadership.
