About me
Hello There! I`m Ralitsa Arnaudova.
I`m Bulgarian watercolor artist based in London, Uk.
I have always been drawn by art in all different ways and modalities. Since a little child I loved to draw, paint, sculpt and create everything I could imagine with my hands. My curiosity and exploration made me follow most of my dreams and believe that everything is possible. I loved to draw so much that I went to high school to study design. Ironically enough for me, my studies was not about drawing, but instead was more about sawing. We had about 20 drawing lessons in 5-6 years, so I abandoned art.
I went to University to study both Psychology and Psychopathology on development. I loved my profession so much that I studied Positive Psychotherapy as well and followed that path for a few years till in the summer of 2016 something happened.
For the past year I was already feeling that I wanted a change, I wanted to do something more interesting with my life and on 1st of October 2016 I decided to pack a suitcase and move to London. Here I met the love of my life in my first week of living here, but we didn't start dating till December of 2019. That was when my whole life changed. I allowed myself to dream again, so I started to paint once again. This time I just started with small steps, painting daily and upgrading my skill level at my own pace. I tried different materials, but once I tried Watercolor I just fell in love with the intricate properties of this versatile medium.
For the past 3 years I`m painting daily and uploading the majority of my works to Instagram, where you can find me @ralice_art . I am constantly learning and evolving my skills, so I can grow and make my way into the world. My biggest desire is to share my passion for art and my knowledge with the world and help more people to fall in love with Art. I am a firm believer that Art is not a talent, but rather a skill that you can develop over time, if you are willing to take the time and do the work. If you would like to join my Journey and learn with me, please feel free to take my classes here on Udemi and follow me on Instagram. When you create your projects, please upload them to the Project and Resources section of the class, so I can give you my feedback. I would love to see what you will come up with and how we can grow our skills together.
If you face any difficulties, please feel free to ask me a question in the Discussion section of the class, so I can answer your question as soon as I can. This way you are helping fellow artists that may have the same question to easily find the answer.
Have fun with your project and Happy Painting! :)
