I am Col Rajvir Sharma, an infantry officer who has served in the Indian army for 30 years+ at various locations in India.
Over the past years and after reflecting on my experience of getting recruited in Indiana army I have come to a realisation that general learning will not help anyone get better, what I mean to say is that a class of 30-70 kids getting taught how to 'crack' SSB will not help any of those aspirants.
Training aspirants should be done in a manner where you guide them personally by knowing their weaknesses, etc. That is why I have started the future army officers academy in 2019.
