A degree in mechanical engineering  from Bombay University . Standing first in the University of Bombay in the degree examination  and a gold medal in Heat Power Engineering at the degree level are some of the other academic achievements.

Worked with MNCs in senior leadership positions. Have an experience of 45 years in manufacturing operations management.

Experience in implementing ground level lean manufacturing techniques in Kaizen, Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Kanban. Shaking things up in a routine docile manufacturing set up is my passion.

I love to teach and have been teaching colleagues and subordinates in the places where I worked. Also taught Management course students as visiting faculty.
