Dr R V Marathe has over 40 years of experience in the E&P industry as a Reservoir Engineer. Before superannuating from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, the premier National Oil Company Of India, was head of the prestigious Institute Of Reservoir Studies  of the company responsible for all Oil field Development activities of the company. He has worked in several areas like Laboratory studies, Field development using Numerical Simulation techniques and Oil Field Management through his long career.
