Hi! I'm Rafael Navarro, and let me say, I'm super excited that you are reading this.

My academic background has been evolving since the late 90's until today. My titles include the following: Industrial engineering (MSc), Knowledge Management (MSc), Lean Product Lifecycle Management (MPhil), Management and Leadership (UK CMI Level 6) and some other less recognisable.

From my research, several of my journal papers are available through very reputable scientific journals and they are still today referenced on the topics I mention above. I have also given several lectures at Master students in Universities across Europe the UK on these same subjects.

In parallel, my work experience begins over 15 years ago in the aviation sector, working across large OEM functions as technical consultant (Lean, PLM and KM topics) and later on as project and programme manager.

In 2016, I created The Playmakers Club, whose focus is to help SME company owners to draw and move through the quickest and safest journey towards their professional goals using their companies as a means to that end. And as part of that, we have also developed a training course on the Complex Problem Solving Body of Knowledge (CPSBOK).

So far, I have worked hand by hand with over 150 companies in six different countries, enough as to understand that each company is unique in its configuration, its geographical, economical and sectorial environments and in their challenges which their owners face.

To sum up, I am absolutely passionate about Complex Problem Solving and I am looking forward to sharing my passion and knowledge with you!
