I'm a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and reiki master with a focus on supporting you through things like chronic illness and nervous system dysregulation. The style of yoga I teach is gentle, integrative and accessible. All bodies are unique, and I want to help you find the right poses and practices for yours while also exploring the spiritual and lifestyle traditions of yoga.
Along with my training, I also have firsthand experience living with chronic illness, dysautonomia and PTSD, so I know what it’s like to deal with the challenges that come with them. I draw on all of this knowledge to create unique blended yoga practices that regulate your nervous system so you can find balance and healing.
