I am working as an eye specialist in a medical school and I teach eye diseases to medical students and music in the same school as a music teacher to students who are interested in learning music too.
Years back, I completed my music school too. And I play and teach at electric keyboared, Flute and violin
I regularly deliver lectures in campus and online on various platforms.
Being a professional musician and eye specialist , I have noticed difficulties which students face universally whatever they are learning. Whether, it's a medical field, IT, software, music or any new skill. The most important and common thing I noticed all over the world was that, most students cannot perceive what the teacher is teaching.
In my humble opinion, teaching is one of the most difficult thing. It's something you have to transfer from your mind to someone else's with acceptibility.
With the passage of time and my teaching experience in medicine, music and some other things, I learned that you have to be in the foot of the learner first before you can teach anyone.
So, whatever I teach, I see my course and teaching methodologies from students perspective. And, by doing that, I have been successful in making a professional yet, a friendly relation with my students all over the world, on campus or online.
And in the end, I want to share that to be a good teacher, one has to be a life long learner himself first far beyond the walls of the ego.
