An effective project manager can make the difference between a project that is completed on time and under budget or one that is delayed.With more than five years of experience as a project manager in hiring, training, and guiding teams, budget allocation, project  planning, internal and external stakeholder communication, and getting feedback, I have developed into a person who can instruct others on how to effectively manage in their capacity as a project manager.
