Dr. Rawal has directly coordinated hiring processes, mentored and coached candidates for their interviewing skills, enabling impactful interview preparation, and performance. He has been on the interview board of the organizations and business schools. Dr. Rawal has experienced both sides of the interview table by conducting as well as appearing for the interviews.

Dr. Pankaj Rawal embodies a valuable combination of academics (Engineering with Management) along with more than two decades of experience in various industries (Blue Star, Elf, Total, Airtel, Reliance Communications, Tata Tele, MTS) After 25 years in the industry,  Dr. Pankaj Rawal, started empowering students as Professor of Marketing along with providing real-life practical knowledge
