Dr Shelah Harris (AKA Sarah Ahavah) Penn Name,  is widely recognized as one of the world's most inspiring and visionary spiritual educators today.

Dr Shelah Harris's (Sara Ahavah) profound yet simple teachings have helped countless people around the globe learn the power of the Sages' Wisdom; how to unlock human potential for greater love, happiness, success and inner peace in our daily lives.

Her teachings focus on the significance and power of inner alignment with the source of life and the awakened state of consciousness, which transcends the ego and its discursive thinking and judgement of others. The misalignment with the source of life creates an imbalance within dysfunctional relationships and suffering.

Dr Shelah Harris sees this inner transformation to a state of balance with the source of creation as the essential blueprint for human evolution and empowerment.

She is the author of ' A Conversation With The Sages book series', as well as   many  complementary journals and spirituality  workbooks and resources. 

In 2009 she began searching actively for the meaning of life and embarked on  a soul search quest during  which  she pursued  and earned a PHD degree in Metaphysical Science, whilst studying   the Ancient Wisdom of Kabbalah. The  wisdom of Kabbalah helped her greatly understand the purpose of her life and  the inner changes she must make to  transform spiritually. Since then,  she  has put together multiple courses and resources teaching basic  foundation of spirituality and resources for  emotional and mental wellness using  the wisdom she has learned over  the last decade.

Her career started as  a professional  accountant  earning her a Chartered  Accountancy  qualification in 1992 with the  ACCA and subsequently a Masters In Business Administration (MBA).   She is passionate about spirituality, emotional and mental  wellness and recently gained a diploma in herbal medicine.
