Pippa is an international education professional and Founder and Executive Director of Discovery Hub, an international higher education consultancy with a mission to bridge the Chinese and Western academic worlds. She currently teaches AP courses to students aiming to apply to top universities in North America and Europe, and is a former Assistant Professor at Duke Kunshan University and Global Perspectives on Society Fellow at New York University Shanghai. During her career, she has taught thousands of students and written numerous academic papers and one book.

Originally from Scotland, Pippa is passionate about cross-cultural higher education. She speaks Mandarin, has lived in China for over 10 years, and has a PhD from Fudan University (one of the best universities in China) and a Masters degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
