Phyllis Johnson graduated from Pepperdine University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting/Finance and also has a MBA from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a focus in Entrepreneurship Management. She is an accountant, consultant, teacher, and Commercial Registered Agent in Nevada.

She has conducted multiple training courses for individuals, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and start-up companies.
