After suffering from years of burnout in both teaching and the corporate realm, Peter decided to take his years of neuroscience and psychology research experience and put it to good use. As he began to do the work of creating better habits and routines based in brain science to overcome burnout, he realized that the burnout went much deeper than just needing more rest and exercise...it was a mindset issue. The deeply embedded beliefs that were running his life since a very young age were creating narratives that were no longer serving him. In talking to his peers about his experience, Peter quickly realized he wasn't alone. So he decided to do something about it. Peter took his experience with neuropsychology research, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) training, and his background in training and development to create a framework for others that were going through that same phase of feeling stuck in burnout mode.
