Paulette Hamilton is the Managing Partner of Freebird Technologies LLC, a 100% woman-owned business providing project management consulting services. Her personal vision statement is “To always learn and improve so that I can share my knowledge and help others to succeed.”

She has over 20 years of project management experience and has guided organizations in delivering large and medium-scale technology initiatives. She has built strong relationships with her clients and is a risk management champion advising clients on strengthening their PMO risk management culture. She has worked in biotechnology, transit, software development and retail and is known for her no-nonsense down to earth communication style.

Paulette is the author of the PRACTICAL PROJECT MANAGER WORKBOOK and enjoys mentoring and coaching other project managers. She holds a MBA in Project Management and Cybersecurity Management, is a certified scrum master (CSM), a project management professional (PMP) and a Toastmasters Competent Communicator.
