Patrick Tame has worked as a recruiter for over two decades. He has founded two award winning recruitment firms and has been the architect behind several high profile team builds. He advises dozens or firms both big and small on their hiring strategy.

Patrick first discovered his talent for interview coaching whilst volunteering as a mentor with the Prince's Trust. Despite his primary role being a business mentor assisting start ups, he had so much success coaching long term unemployed people into jobs that this quickly became his focus.

Patrick has spent over 15 years developing the coaching methods that sit behind Key Maker Coaching and is a sought after key note speaker.

Away from work, Patrick is a qualified pilot, flying and teaching fixed wing microlights, paragliders and paramotors. He plays in a band & is a Non-Executive Director of the London Mozart Symphony Orchestra.
