Pamela J. Alexander's expertise spans multiple professional and educational disciplines. With over 25+ years of experience coaching, and mentoring experience as an executive in Fortune 100 companies, then working as an entrepreneur leading her own operations and serving as a board member supporting scrappy non-profits in her community, Pamela understands the impact stress can have on one’s life.
At this stage in her career, her mission is to ease stress in the world by providing people with tools and techniques that enable them to cope effectively with the challenges of modern life. Pamela teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other Mindfulness-Based Programs (MBPs) as well as leads meditation and mindfulness retreats.
Pamela graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. She received her Mindfulness-Based Stress Reductions Teacher’s credentials from Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School (CFM) in collaboration with the Brown University School of Public Health under the guidance of internationally renowned mindfulness meditation teachers that include Saki Santorelli, Florence Meleo-Meyer, Carolyn West and Dr. Judson Brewer.
As a Mindfulness Teacher, Wellness Educator and Community Facilitator, Pamela uses her gifts of intuition and empathy to share mindfulness tools that support your creating a life that is in alignment with your values, your life’s purpose, your hopes and dreams.
