About me
I'm Orsi originally from Hungary settled in Belgium for 10 years.
Have been working in the last 10 years as a yoga teacher, personal trainer Pilates instructor, and fitness instructor through luxurious clubs and sports centers in Belgium.
I have been always passionate about movements. Since my childhood, I have been passionately horse riding and dancing without the desire of transforming it into a professional activity. My journey to fitness as a professional started more than 12 years ago.
Firstly, I have certified myself to Pilates mat work by Corpus studio and Body Art (deep work, BodyART basic, bodyART Dynamic, BodyARt stretch) by the Hungarian bodyART school with the guidance of Rita Lencses and Balazs Borsodi. BodyART is a holistic fitness method combing movements from yoga pilates fitness and thai chi. The practice of bodyART was a step for me to, later on, became a practitioner and teacher of yoga.
Later on, I became a certified personal trainer by both ISSA and NASM. Parallel with those bigger training I have been taking workshops of functional training and have completed different certificates of TRX and vipr.
One certificate and one training followed the other and I finally changed and completed the repertoire of Stott Pilates. Mat work (Brussels Pilates) Reformer (Brussels Pilates) Cadillac (pilatesplus), Budapest) Chair (Pilatesplus Budapest) Barrels John Garey, Los Angeles.
I’m yearly attending training and workshops to keep my knowledge updated and get updated information’s on how to work with special population: injured, pregnant, athletic or sedentary my training and my work experience help to choose the exercises adequately and in respecting the person needs.
During my work, I started to take yoga classes and in 2013 I have completed my first yoga certification of 200 hours by Mukesh Kothari (Bindusar yoga) following the completion of the TTC I started to work less and less with bodyART and finally, I completely stopped with it. My practice gets gradually deeper and more engaged and following the first certificate, I completed also a certificate in aerial yoga and another 300-hour yoga TTC of Vinyasa Certification in India south Goa.
