Hi, my name is Oren Abbou.

I'm a software development team lead, and an Information Systems Engineer.

I’ve started my career as a junior software developer back in 2010 at a company name Toluna, which is a leading online market research firm.

After almost a year there, I had an idea to build an eLearning website, so I became an entrepreneur for about a year. I've created what I thought was a really cool webesite, but I couldn't bring any traffic to it, so I left it and got another software development position, at a company named RealCommerce Ltd in which I worked for about a year and a half.

Then I got hired for a senior developer/team leader position, at a company name log-on. I worked there for a big insurance company name "The Phoenix holding Ltd" in which I worked for 2 years,

And for the last 3 years, I’ve been a director of software development at the Ministry of Education of Israel.

I believe in servant leadership, I believe in mentoring rather than controlling, I believe in letting everyone seek their fulfillment while playing together for the team’s goal.
