I'm an acrobat, movement teacher and massage therapist.
Over the past decade I've been exploring the worlds of movement through dance, acrobatics and hand-balancing with precision, playfulness and dedication.
I learned that with the correct guidance and support anyone can become a mover.
I'm passionate about balance and addicted to being upside down. I believe that we should use our bodies in every possible way - to dance, climb, run, crawl, invert, and incorporate new movement everyday to face the fear of falling.
Coming from a background of Acroyoga, team sports and fitness, I find all types of movement fascinating. After years of experience, I started teaching at various conventions and retreats around the world.
I've facilitated workshops in more than 20 countries that focus on balance, calibration, animal flow, core work, and partner acrobatics.
I've also collaborated with circuses in Italy, Holland, Austria and Canada.
When I first witnessed a solid, straight handstand I never imagined I could do the same one day! It was 10 years ago in Israel and truth be told, I hadn't practiced any similar types of movement before. My background didn't include yoga, cross-fit or gymnastics and my strength and flexibility were pretty minimal.
I started from scratch, figuring out the first steps on my own through trial and error over and over again. Slowly I developed my practice by going to workshops and learning from the best hand balancers around the world.
Little by little I developed my technique; I studied anatomy, combined acrobatic skills with yoga, circus arts with fitness drills, and finally solidified my handstand practice.
Along my journey I ignited a passion for sharing these powerful movement practices with others.
I understood that if hundreds of my students can do it, then literally ANYONE CAN!
In my experience, dedication to the process, learning from the right teachers, and a mindset of never giving up are the keys to mastery on physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
