Novika Vij is the founder of Shine Dine Etiquette, the luxury finishing programme which provides lessons on International Fine Dining Etiquette & Social skills that provides the all-important protocol knowledge and soft skills required for success in today's global arena.

She provides training to clients ranging from School & university students to executives at Fortune companies.

In her travels to the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Middle East and Asia as a Flight Attendant over the years, she has had the chance to witness and experience first-hand many cultures across the globe. Meeting and dining with people from various latitudes led her interest in the subject of etiquette and protocol.

Combining her experience in aviation, passion for etiquette and desire to instill both confidence and knowledge, she offers innovative and empowering courses.
