With decades of experience in designing and building enterprise applications, he is passionate about delivering business value and creating solutions that delight users. A lifelong learner with a continuous improvement mindset, Nilesh is always exploring cloud platforms, experimenting with new technologies, and sharing his knowledge with the community.

His technical expertise spans custom application development using both Microsoft and Java technologies, as well as cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS and Confluent platforms. He is also a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP FICO modules, combining strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of business processes.

Nilesh has a rich consulting and leadership background, having worked with Fortune 500 companies across the United States. In his spare time, he enjoys reading Non Fiction (Accelerate, Making Work Visible) & Fiction (especially Jack Reacher, James Patterson Novels), traveling, and building personal tech projects that blend AWS, SAP, and Kafka technologies.
