Nikki has always had a passion for supporting others along their life path. Working as Child and Youth Care worker and addictions counsellor in the corporate world, when she started her family she found herself wanting to use holistic modalities to support her family.

She has seen started her own wellness business, Frase Holistic Health, and become a Registered Reflexologist, Certified Aromatherapist Health Practitioner (CAHP) including aroma massage. Specializing in Essential Oils and Pregnancy, and is currently completing her Aromatic Medicine course. Nikki is also a mindful birth instructor, accredited as an Angelic Healing Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Practitioner, has completed Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) certification and is working towards her Reiki Master.

Nikki was nominated and won Platnium as Best Aromatherapist, and Gold as Best Reflexologist in her community for 2019. She also won the National Nutrition Award for Excellence in Natural Health as Best Aromatherapist for 2019.

Supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond is a huge passion, being a mom to 2 sons, delivering one baby girl as a surrogate, and currently on her second surrogacy journey, supporting children brings her so much joy and happiness.
