About me
Neil Almond is Chief Systemic Innovator at 91Untold, working at the intersection of systems thinking, innovation, and leadership to help organisations navigate complexity and design change that actually holds.
His work focuses on helping leaders make sense of complex challenges, moving beyond tools and frameworks to understand and work with the patterns, structures, and assumptions that shape real-world outcomes.
Neil has worked at senior levels across business, government, and the charity sector, including facilitating sessions in 10 and 11 Downing Street for both Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, and working with industry leaders such as Sir Richard Branson.
He is the founder and former CEO of the pioneering youth charity K-Generation (Kikass), known for applying entrepreneurial thinking and creative approaches to complex social issues.
Neil holds an MBA in Management Consultancy, with a focus on innovation and change, and an MA in Coaching and Mentoring. He has completed master’s-level study in Systems Thinking in Practice at Cranfield University and is an Advanced Practitioner with SCiO (Systems and Complexity in Organisations) professional body.
His work brings together systems thinking, innovation practice, and applied behavioural insight to help leaders see more clearly, make better decisions, and guide change within the systems they are part of.
