Dr. Neema Lema has been a pediatrician and Autism Specialist for over a decade. She is the founder of Autism Voice for Children, which is a virtual institute meant to advocate for children with autism at family, institutional, government, and international levels on proper policies and structures that will help them thrive as they serve their talents and abilities in their own special way.
