My professional journey began as an engineer at one of the country’s leading telecommunications providers, where I developed a solid grounding in operations, systems, and governance. Over time, I transitioned into leadership roles, including quality assurance manager, where I led initiatives focused on process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. These experiences shaped my ability to bridge technical detail with strategic thinking.
On top of my professional work, I'm very interested in sharing my accumulated knowledge.
