My career spans project management, sales leadership, and business development, giving me hands-on experience across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, medical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and engineering. Since launching my consultancy in 2017, I have focused on working closely with SME leaders across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, building and construction, business services, and engineering—guiding them toward sustainable, profitable growth.

As a certified digital marketing expert and Business Strategy Specialist, my approach is both strategic and practical. I’m driven by a curiosity to understand each leader’s vision, challenges, and opportunities—allowing me to design tailored strategies that are not only aligned but actionable and results-focused.

My qualifications include a Diploma in General Management from MGSM, certification as an NLP Master Practitioner, and credentials in Leadership and Team Coaching. I am also a Certified Advisory Board Chair, reflecting my commitment to supporting leaders at a strategic level with structured guidance and accountability.
