Last job was Sr Dy General Manager (HR & Admn) with Larsen & Toubro, where he served for 33 years. He trains campus and corporates, pan India and Middle East countries regularly. He conducts training through English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada languages. He trains people from all industries and in all domains such as Marketing, Sales, Accounts, Administration, HR, Manufacturing, etc.
