Mustafa Alrefaee is an HR Professional with proven track record leading the HR function in local, multinational and fortune 500 companies since 2005. Born in Jordan and graduated from Al Balqaa University in Management Information Systems, Mustafa moved to Qatar to begin his professional career. During his journey, Mustafa worked for companies operating in a multitude of industries including Oil and Gas, Information Technology and Security Systems, Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Trading, Logistics and others; Helping those companies reaching the vision desired by creating strategies to transform their businesses in accordance with international quality standards.

Mustafa’s HR experience extends from setting an HR Department from scratch, up to strategic HR Planning and creating specialized functions to meet business requirements.
