Mustafa Alrefaee

Born 1982 for a tech savvy family in Jordan,  Mustafa Alrefaee, got his MCSE before graduating Highschool. where he then Graduated in Management Information Systems from Al Balqaa University in Jordan and moved directly to Qatar in 2005 where he began his human resources career. His talent was quickly recognized in process analysis and HRIS Transformation where he moved in the ranks rapidly to become an HR Manager at the age of 24; Managing a population of 1,200 employees in a manufacturing company.

His career didnt stop there, where he moved to work for Thales -one of the world's biggest Aeronautics and Aerospace- companies in the world to manage the human resources function in one of their most prominent projects.
