About me
Scientific field of activity is materials science, structural strength of high - weight materials and their diagnostics, welding of dissimilar alloys, laser technologies in strengthening of titanium parts. Murataev F. I. has been working at the KNRTU-KAI named after A.N. Tupolev in the " fatigue problems Laboratory " since September 1973, previously (since 1971) an employee of the"Kazan engineering design Bureau". Since 1983 he worked as a teacher, in 1998 for 9 months he worked as a head of Department of materials science and TM KSTU. Since 1996 he worked GGTN as an expert on technical diagnostics of materials and equipment; in 2000 Murataev worked as a head of the "laboratory for quality control of materials and technologies" of KSTU; in 2006 he started working as an expert on accreditation of testing laboratories in the Unified Federal system for conformity assessment of the STC "Industrial safety". In the KNRTU-KAI he received an engineering degree in the area of "Aircraft engines". In 1984 he defended his dissertation "Fatigue Resistance of turbocharger elements under biharmonic loading". He improved his skills in the areas of materials science, strength and welding at leading Russian and International Universities such as "Institute of strength problems of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine", "National technical University of Ukraine", "Aviation and space University" in XI'an (China). Murataev implemented developments on the prediction of cyclic durability, selection and justification of material technologies in the Central research Institute "Prometheus" and many others. He is a winner of 4 grant competitions "Science of Russian universities". He has published over 150 scientific papers. He is a scientific supervisor of 4 PhD dissertations and he is a certified specialist in 8 areas of destructive testing of materials and welded joints of level III. He is also a Specialist of welding production level III. Murataev F. I. implemented courses of lectures "metal Science", "theory of alloys", "Metallography and metallurgical control", "New materials and technological processes", "Welding stresses and deformations", "materials Science and materials of electronic means", "Materials with special physical properties", " electrical Engineering (CH. III)", "Mechanical properties of materials", "Composite and functional materials", "Structural strength of materials and their diagnostics". He trained and certified master's specialists in China, Libya, and Syria. Murataev was awarded a certificate of Honor from the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation.
