I am a Mechanical Engineering faculty  at K K Wagh Polytechnic, Nashik, with over 13 years of experience in engineering education, curriculum and content development, research and technology-enabled teaching. I hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University and have qualified the PhD Entrance Test (PET) conducted by Savitribai Phule Pune University and the University of Mumbai, reflecting a strong academic foundation combined with sustained professional practice. My research contributions include papers presented and published at international conferences in Malaysia, Madurai, Noida, and Bengaluru, publications in UGC-approved journals, and chapters in Springer publications such as Computing Algorithms with Applications in Engineering and Advances in Industrial Machines and Mechanisms, with academic recognition through a Best Paper Award at an international conference held at VCET, Madurai. I have also served as co-author of the book “Applied Mechanics” available on AICTE e-Kumbh and was shortlisted as a translator for the AICTE book “Fluid Mechanics and Machinery”, further strengthening my engagement in national-level academic initiatives. As a State-Level Subject Expert for MSBTE, I have contributed to bilingual curriculum-aligned content development and model answer projects for multiple diploma engineering subjects, including Strength of Materials, Fluid Mechanics and Machinery, Applied Mechanics, Industrial Hydraulics and Pneumatics, Alternative Energy Sources and Management, Production and Operation Management, Mechanical Engineering Materials, supporting large-scale student learning across the state. My academic administration experience includes working as Departmental NBA Coordinator for two NBA accreditation cycles, FDP Coordinator, Training and Placement Coordinator since 2012, Coordinator for National-Level Conference AITech 2025, Institute-Level IPR Coordinator under Institute Innovation council along with successful execution of AICTE and MSBTE sponsored projects with funding of ₹3.44 lakh. I have been invited as a Resource Person for AICTE–ISTE and institutional FDPs, delivering expert sessions at VNIT Nagpur, MATS University Raipur, BDCOE Wardha, Anand Niketan College Warora, Government Polytechnic Washim, Government Dairy College Warud, and MET’s Polytechnic Nashik. My technical and pedagogical expertise includes MOODLE Cloud, WordPress-based LMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Python, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, supported by completion of the AICTE QIP Certificate Course on Artificial Intelligence from Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara and continuous professional development through IITs, NITs, and NITTTR. My teaching philosophy emphasizes conceptual clarity, structured delivery, practical application, and Outcome-Based Education, with a consistent focus on continuous improvement and learner-centric, industry-relevant skill development through interactive and application-oriented courses.
