Monika started her practice in 2010 with healing and coaching women with theta healing, moving on with qualifying as an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher in 2019 and Soul Plan Practitioner in early 2022. Monika has helped women from all walks of live overcoming their food addiction, only realising that they actually wanted to know their life purpose.

Monika is a passionate life coach, Angelic Reiki Master Teacher and Soul Plan Reader who has now shifted her coaching business into creating online courses that help women change and heal their lives.
