Monika is the Co-owner, Founder and Trainer of Life Resourcers. She is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in Customer service within Tourism, Education and Fitness.
“From early childhood, I was curious about the Universe and how it works, what makes us humans TICK.
I grew up in the former Czechoslovakia during communism. At first, I saw this as a downside but over the years I’ve learnt to see it as a ‘luxury’ to experience both sides of freedom and restrictions. And that’s pretty much how I look at all my life experiences.
Below you will see the list of my diplomas and certificates and you will see the wide range of interests. I came to a conclusion that for me to get closer to understanding people I need to widen my horizon.
I have worked in a variety of industries, doing brain and manual work. I’ve been employed by both large and small private companies, worked with charities and have been self-employed.
Large amount of time I’ve spent abroad working in Israel, Iceland, France, Croatia, Italy, Austria, China, the Czech Republic. This gave me an opportunity to work with people from a variety of religious and cultural backgrounds.
There is a lot you can learn at University but practical experience is priceless.
I see Life as a card game. We’ve been given the cards (those include our parents, schools, country, religion, values, beliefs…) and now we have 2 options
1. Let the cards decide how the game ends
or
2. Learn how to win using what we have.
