Monica is a prominent figure in strategic advisory and innovation consulting with a reputation for excellence and leadership in her field. She has spent the majority of her career at Deloitte, rising from Senior Consultant to Director, while leading impactful strategic advisory projects and providing guidance to companies in shaping their vision and business plans. During her tenure, she established the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre of the Firm and ARIS Accelerator for early-stage startups.

More recently, she held strategic roles at Baker Tilly South East Europe as the Regional Head of Strategy and Management Consulting, while before that, she served as Executive Director and Head of Portfolio Management at MAP Fund Management Services.

Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of Hybrid ConsulTech, a company which provides complete digital solutions from strategy to product development.
