Mohamad Makhlouf is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP) as well as a certified Scrum Master Professional. In addition, he holds a Safe Agilist certification. He has created multiple courses on Project Management, Agile, Scrum, and the PMP certification.
Mohamad attended the École Polytechnique de Montreal, where he majored in Electrical Engineering and also obtained a master's degree in Project Management.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in project management across diverse industries, he brings a wealth of knowledge to help you master the art and science of effective project leadership. He has managed projects for just a few thousand dollars to 300M$, in the domains of hydroelectric, wind turbine, telecommunications, construction, and infrastructure projects. He has worked with well-known companies such as Alstom, Bell Canada, Senvion (formerly REpower), AECOM Consultants, and STM. He also founded Group Neoplan Inc., a consultancy firm in project management.
Mohamad is currently a Montreal-based management consultant helping clients work better and get more done.

- 15+ years’ experience in Project Management, with solid experience in project coordination, planning, project monitoring and control, quality and performance management in various industries (Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, Telecom, Construction, Transportation, etc.).
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering – Project Management from Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
