Eid has started the field of Learning and development 10 years ago . Currently, he works as a Training Manager at Corrector Academy and a training coordinator at Be Perfect Centre. In addition, he is the Director of Training and Development at Osta.  Moreover, he is a former training manager in Life Makers and a former training specialist in EYOUTH. Eid has spent more than 10,000 hour of training in 14 different governorates which enabled him to help many youths to discover their passions and talents, to start working on them, and to develop their personalities.
