About me
My name is Alexandra a Strength and Conditioning and Rehabilitation Coach. I have been in the industry for 9 years. I have begun my journey as a personal trainer, then with further studies managed to be part of some big clubs as a strength and conditioning coach including Videoton Women's Championship then In the UK Sprinting Club, and worked privately with martial arts athletes to increase performance. Studying has never stopped. The past 2 years I have worked in the rehab industry with clients who had spinal cord injuries and cerebral palsy, and general injuries and in sport rehabilitation. I also am a qualified sports massage therapist!
I have been competing the last 2 years in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu winning the British Championship all as a white and blue belt after being 2 years amateur boxer. This shows also the effectiveness of our program and Manasses's coaching and dedication to his student.
About Manasses few words as He is the big part of this program.
Manasses Filho,2nd degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, B4L Head coach.
Manasses Filho originates from Curatiba in Brazil, where he started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 1997 at the age of 15. In Curitiba he trained at the legendary mma gym "Chutebox" aswell as other dedicated BJJ schools.
Since achieving his Blackbelt, Manasses founded B4L Jiu Jitsu and has taught in schools in Brazil, Spain and now the UK. When moving to Kings Lynn during early 2016, the existing local BJJ club (Kings Lynn BJJ) was eager to learn from the wealth of experience that Manasses could bring and finding out that he shares the same club values, welcomed him as head coach for this program too.
