About me
Early Life and Education:
Hello, my name is Mike Averboukh, and I was born in Israel but have lived in various places around the world. My family and I settled in Prague, Czechia, in 2016. I completed my high school education at the American Academy in Prague from 2017 to 2021. Shortly after, I enrolled at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
Career Beginnings:
My initial foray into the professional world began with a position at McKinsey & Company as an Internal Communications Coordinator from August 2018 to January 2019. There, I was responsible for moderating and revamping the internal website and addressing communication requests and issues. This experience gave me a strong foundation in organizational communication strategies.
Shifting Gears to Accenture:
After a short hiatus from the corporate world, I rejoined the workforce in December 2021 at Accenture. In my role as an Order to Cash Agent, I was responsible for creating and sending invoices and handling other financial operations, including credit memos and customer refunds. I remained with Accenture for 6 months and gained valuable experience in financial operations and customer relations.
Current Role at Adastra Business Consulting:
In December 2022, I transitioned to Adastra Business Consulting as an Associate Consultant. During my time here, I've had the opportunity to work on a multitude of projects that vary significantly in scope and complexity. These range from debt collection projects to the full-scale, beginning-to-end creation of loan approval models for banks.
Skillset:
My career and educational paths have armed me with a comprehensive set of skills. These include Financial Operations, Customer Relations, Internal Communications, as well as economic theories like Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Game Theory, and Econometrics.
Looking Ahead:
As of mid-2023, I continue to grow in my role at Adastra Business Consulting. However, I'm not just looking to make an impact in the consulting sector. I'm also keen on disseminating the wealth of knowledge I've acquired through my academic and professional journey. To that end, I'm eagerly working on my ChatGPT course and planning additional courses for the future. I see this as a fantastic opportunity to put all of my skills and experiences to good use, contributing to the broader learning community while staying at the forefront of industry trends and innovations.
