First started leading volunteer teams during my studies in Berlin, and made a lot of painful mistakes.

Luckily it didn't discourage me and I've continued improving my leadership, coaching, and training.

Some years passed and I was elected to be a full-time Product Lead in a National Executive Board of one of the big international NGOs in Germany. Next year leaders of the organization trusted me to lead it as a CEO & President.

After that role, an NGO founder invited me to build it up and scale it with a team, which worked out very well too.

Friends in Leadership roles started asking me for advice in different difficult situations and I started coaching them eventually.

These experiences showed me that my skills can be of help to other Leaders, beginners, or even mature CEOs who've already built 7 figure businesses.

Now I'm expanding my own business where I do exactly that: Serving and equipping leaders to become the best Leader they can be.
