Born in Belfast, N. Ireland and now living and working in New York City, Michael has had a highly successful career working at top Investment Banks in London, Hong Long and Tokyo. Michael brought his drive and international experience to New York in 2000. He set up his company Gilmore Communication four years ago and has been helping  top executive teams  to work purposefully together and to operate in FLOW. As an award winning public speaker he has wowed audiences both internationally and in the US, at New York University, The Institute of Peace in Washington DC and many other top public venues.
