Michael Baroff is the author of The Inner Work of Work (Berrett-Koehler Publishers).  He has a 30-year career as a human resource training and organizational development consultant, facilitator and coach serving a wide range of business, government, and non-profit organizations.  Michael is a past president of Association of Talent Development and served on the board of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
