Joshua Roxendal is a passionate advocate for permaculture and sustainable building practices. After facing a challenging period in his life, Joshua turned inward and learned to empower himself and discovered a deep calling to help others heal from trauma and physical ailments, overcome limiting beliefs, and foster a harmonious connection with themselves and nature.
Drawing on his background in permaculture, Joshua incorporates principles of sustainability and interconnectedness into his work, guiding individuals towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. Through practices such as breathwork, the Wim Hof Method, meditation, and engaging with nature through outdoor adventures, Joshua empowers others to tap into their inner resilience, cultivate mindfulness, and embrace themselves and life as it is.

Joshua Now lives on Lofoten Islands and hosts empowerment retreats and workshops there and also around europe through his company: Arctic Breath Lofoten.
