I have studied the thoughts, behaviors, and motivations of humans throughout my entire career. I have an advanced background in psychology and human factors engineering which I have utilized in different job roles with companies such as Kohler, Delta Air Lines, Truist, and Meijer. I've presented research at local, national, and international conferences. I seek to learn from those around me and create a meaningful positive impact on the world through my work. I’ve documented my learnings and packaged them into useful resources for others to leverage such as Strategic Roadmapping, Service Blueprinting, Insight Tracking, and organizing UX Research Repositories.
