My name is Maurizio Marcon and I live in Milan, Italy. I have about 20 years of experience in the technology industry, starting as a software developer and growing to my current role as Strategy Lead of a team focused on the development of Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics products within a leading international bank.

In my professional career, I have also held the role of Director in the strategic consulting division of Gartner and I have gained experience as a professional IT/Digital trainer for a Dutch company, training hundreds of managers.

Thanks to my work, I have had the privilege of traveling to numerous countries, meeting many different people and cultures. I have spent significant periods of time in Thailand and Malaysia, operating throughout Southeast Asia.

Besides work, I like to stay up-to-date by studying a lot. I am passionate about technology and its strategic implications, both for companies, people and society.

I would like to make my knowledge available in order to contribute together to a positive and sustainable technological evolution, which puts people and society at the center.
