I work as an organizational consultant in Sweden. For seven years I have been helping clients to navigate organizational issues. I am an licensed psychologist with specialist training in organizational psychology, and I am also a certified process consultant accredited by the Society of Process Consultants.

My deepest passion lies in partnering up with leaders as they navigate their most complex challenges. I am not afraid of heated action and I see every collaboration as an opportunity to grow (together with my clients). Growth comes from iteration and making every move count!
