I am an experienced programme management consultant with 13 years experience in Civil Engineering. I have developed practical programme management skills from an operational background while working as a Project Manager for Tier 1 Contractors and as a Contracts Manager for Subcontractors.

I specialise in practical and deliverable content to ensure programmes are aimed to deliver realistic outputs and help to manager successful projects.

My background consists of contracts ranging from £35,000 to in excess of £100,000,000 working on projects up to £1,500,000,000 in value. I have been able to obtain experience in Earthworks, Highways, Marine, Drainage & Groundworks, Reinforced Concrete Structures, Bridges, Piling, Stabilisation, and Building while working in the UK, Poland & Qatar.

At each stage in my career I have learnt valuable lessons from delivering successful projects but also learnt vital lessons from projects that were not as successful as they could have been. I believe its as important to learn from mistakes as is is to learn from success.
