I’m one of those rare people fortunate enough to love what I do. Essentially, I get to help people tackle messy challenges to make meaningful progress towards what they want to achieve.

I work for a company called **ImpactBasis** in The Netherlands and a company called **Basis** in the UK. They are both ‘consultancies’, but I like to think that we do things a bit differently.

The ‘difference’ is that we don’t rock up suited and booted with off-the-shelf ‘solutions’. Instead, we work more in a facilitative and mentoring context to collaboratively create and realise meaningful progression and outcomes.
